This project involved a mid-sized in-person forum with both on-site and remote speakers. The event required seamless Zoom integration, live streaming, and video archiving for post-event use.
Our team deployed multiple cameras, professional audio mixing systems, subtitle overlays, and a live switcher setup on-site. Throughout the event, both visuals and audio remained stable and synchronized, ensuring smooth interaction between on-site and remote speakers.
- Multi-camera shooting and real-time switching : Multiple cameras were used to capture the main stage, audience, and presentation screen. A live switcher ensured seamless transitions and comprehensive event coverage.
- Zoom integration with two-way communication : Remote speaker video feeds were integrated into the on-site presentations and live stream, enabling real-time interaction between on-site and online participants.
- Professional audio mixing : All sound sources—including on-site microphones, remote audio, and playback audio—were processed through a professional mixer to ensure clear, uninterrupted audio output.
- Subtitle overlay and screen composition : Real-time subtitle and title overlays were added based on the event’s requirements. Multi-screen layouts enhanced both visual clarity and overall streaming quality.
- High-definition video recording : The entire event was recorded in Full HD, with the final video files delivered for internal use, post-event editing, or promotional purposes.
With this integrated AV solution, we successfully supported the organizer in managing both in-person and remote participation, improving event quality and delivering a seamless hybrid experience. It serves as a strong example of how professional live production can elevate hybrid conferences.
